You have to follow the script or you get no where. I guess it's possible that you miss something and it's not a problem on your end, In my experience 99% of the time it's not the CPE thats the issue, yet you have do follow the dog-n-pony show to prove it before someone will even look at something on the other end. Unfortunately theres no short cuts on the phone like Ikea has to get to the food court. Speak of which, we should do that again sometime too. Yeah exactly. I'd love to see an ISP that makes you have a 'computer' drivers license first. Unfortunately I don't think the market is big enough...
