A good movie I recently saw is coming to the cinema this week, and I’m so going to see it there, it’s gunna rock on the big screen.

Also watched Big Fat Liar and it was like a modern day tale of the boy who cried wolf, (quite literally) and has many themes in common with Home Alone but unlike Home Alone it is good. It has some very quick and snappy jokes. It was cheap at Kmart so I slipped and accidentally bought it. The commentary on it is rather good too (well one of the 2 commentaries is good).

Other recent televisual feast’s I’ve chowed down on include all of Michael Moore’s The Awful Truth (now available on dvd I see), and entertaining flicks such as 2 Fast 2 Furious (not as bad as I had heard, but I dunno if I’d be buying the dvd), Johnny English (glad I didn’t spend $10 to see it), Cypher (which is good, makes you think a fair bit towards the end), Mr Deeds, My Dog Skip (which is a family movie, nuff said), Secretary (how odd) and Finding Nemo (which was cool). In between all of this I’ve managed to watch Black Books season 2, lots of Malcolm in the Middle (all I have has been watched now), more Sliders episodes and more of Star Trek TNG Season 7.

I managed to find a good source of Macgyver episodes and may have downloaded a few of them, depends who to ask.

Sadly leet keyboard number 2 no longer works, dunno why, it just stopped working, first intermittently and now all the time. Sadly there is no broken wire in the cable, because I’d be able to fix that. Oh well, my tv boxen no longer has a full time keyboard. (Unless you count the on screen keyboard).

I’m not normally one to link to out there sites (well within reason), but International Talk Like A Pirate day is just around the corner, and I think their lunchbox looks rather trendy.

I managed to get through to Telstra’s refunds department, and they actually sent me out a cheque. w00t My batting in the people vs telstra league is improving, I may even be able to join the team one of these days.

Big changes are afoot for web hosting around here, just wait and see…

Happy thoughts, happy thoughts. Puppies, ice cream, fat people falling over.
